Policy of confidentiality and protection of personal data

The site fire-techinfo.bg is an information site. Personal data are exchanged only through the inquiry form, accessible from the “Contact us” button on the main menu. The site has a valid SSL certificate to provide an encrypted connection to users’ browsers. To send a message you need to enter the name of contact person, contact phone number and email address. For the most part, these data concern legal entities and do not have the nature of personal data. However, we require the consent of individuals to process their data when sending a message. To that end, we have developed a policy of confidentiality and protection of personal data for site visitors, our clients and counterparties.

1. Introduction

This document – Policy for confidentiality and protection of personal data, was developed in relation with the use of the site techinfo.bg. The site is owned by RELISTIX EOOD, UIC 203671501 (hereafter referred to as “the Organization” or “we”) ).

This Policy for confidentiality and protection of personal data complies with the requirements of Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), (hereafter referred to as “the Regulation”).

To carry out its activities, RELISTIX EOOD stores, processes and uses personal data of site users, clients and partners (hereafter referred to as “Your Data” or “the data”). With this Policy for confidentiality and protection of personal data we take into account the personal privacy of the person and declare the necessary efforts to protect the personal data we process.

According to the Regulation:

1) “personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

2) “processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

3. What categories personal data do we process?


According to the Regulation, we collect, store and process (hereinafter collectively referred to as “processing”) the following personal data provided by you when you fill in and send the inquiry form on our site in order to send us a message / inquiry:

  • name of contact person
  • contact phone number and
  • e-mail address

Тhese data are „ordinary“ personal data. For the most part, these data concern legal entities and do not have the nature of personal data. However, for the received names and other data, we require your consent to process them. We process your data only to the extent necessary and only if you have given your explicit consent. We do not collect or process “special” categories of personal data, as well as data from children and young people under 18 years of age.

We process the data sent by you through the inquiry form for the following purposes:

  • Processing the inquiry

We use the data collected through the inquiry form only to process your inquiry – in order to be able to respond to your request and to identify whom it is originated from, to answer your questions and / or provide you with an offer or certain information about our products and services.

  • Marketing purposes

With your explicit consent (optional), by ticking the appropriate consent box (check-box), we may use your data for purposes related to marketing of our products and services or our business partners. When you visit our web page, the web server automatically recognizes and collects your IP address that is determined by your Internet Service Provider and does not identify you personally. These data are stored in servers Log Files. They contain a set of system user information: IP address; ISP (Internet Service Provider); the browser you use when you visit the site (such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox); the type of operating system; the number of visits; the average time spent on the site; pages viewed. The data collected in this way are only statistical and anonymous data and can not easily be linked to a particular individual because the pseudonymisation of data is applied – a unique user number is automatically generated. We can use these data for monitoring and administration of our website – to improve the content and optimize the user experience with the website.

What are cookies?

Cookies are amount of information in the form of small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site.   • Object to the processing of personal data relating to you at any time and on grounds relating to your particular situation;
  • Appeal to the supervision of the authority in case of violation of your rights (The Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Protection in the Republic of Bulgaria is the Commission for Personal Data Protection).

What are your responsibilities?

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information and data you provide to us are true and accurate.
